As an Employee Benefits Actuary Expert, you will:

Lead actuarial valuations under IAS 19 (IFRS) and ASC 715 (US GAAP).

Advise clients on pension obligations and employee benefits.

Manage complex actuarial projects and deliver high-quality solutions.

Coach and develop colleagues while contributing to the growth of the actuarial practice.

Your profile

Qualified actuary with 8+ years of experience in employee benefits and actuarial consulting.

Strong knowledge of IAS 19, ASC 715 and Belgian pension legislation.

Strong analytical, communication and project management skills.

Fluent in English, with good knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
