As part of the continued growth of its large corporate business, we are looking for a senior underwriting professional who can help further develop and strengthen the Corporate Casualty portfolio.

Your role
As a Senior Underwriter Casualty, you will be a key partner for brokers, clients and internal stakeholders. You will combine strong technical underwriting expertise with commercial insight to deliver sustainable portfolio growth.
Your responsibilities include:
Negotiating with brokers and acting as a trusted underwriting partner;
Assessing and underwriting complex corporate liability risks;
Managing and developing a corporate portfolio with a focus on pricing, profitability and growth;
Structuring tailored insurance solutions for clients and distribution partners;
Collaborating closely with fellow underwriters and management;
Representing the organisation within the professional insurance market.

Your profile
You are an experienced insurance professional with strong expertise in Corporate Casualty underwriting.
You bring:
Minimum 10 years of experience as an underwriter or broker, including at least 5 years handling large corporate risks;
Strong technical knowledge of casualty and liability insurance products;
Proven experience in complex risk assessment, policy wordings and clauses;
Experience working with brokers and understanding of the corporate insurance marketplace;
Strong analytical skills combined with commercial awareness;
An independent, pragmatic and decision-oriented approach;
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English;
A collaborative and positive mindset.
